After reviewing the current market situation and the associated market conditions, it was decided to discontinue the sale of the spexor product as of March 31, 2023.

Scope of functions
How long can spexor still be used?
Purchased spexor devices can of course continue to be used in full with the current hardware and software equipment. Our customers can rely on the functionality of spexor according to the contractual agreement.
However, spexor is complete with the current range of functions, i.e. no further functions will be developed and made available.
Will additional functions be enabled for spexor in the future?
With the current range of functions spexor is complete, i.e. no further functions will be developed and made available as of now.
Can customers still make in-app purchases and renew the SIM card?
The currently available functions of spexor can still be used without restriction. This also includes the in-app purchases and the SIM extension.
Will software updates follow in the future?
Errors or bugs in the software and app will of course continue to be fixed so that our customers can rely on the functionality of spexor in accordance with the contractual agreement. There will be no software updates in the sense of new functions in the future.
Warranty, guarantee and complaints
Do customers still have a warranty claim?
We offer our customers the possibility of an exchange within 2 years from the purchase of the product within the framework of the voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
Our customers can continue to use the purchased spexor devices with the current hardware and software equipment and rely on the functionality of spexor according to the contractual agreement.
Who do customers contact in the event of a complaint?
In the case of complaints or returns within the agreed warranty, the dealer/seller was previously the contact for our customers. From now on we ask our customers to contact our support team directly in case of an exchange at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The support team can still be contacted for other questions regarding spexor.
Who can customers and business partners contact with questions and concerns? Will there still be a customer service department?
Our customer service will of course continue to exist. For questions and concerns about spexor, our customers can continue to contact our support team by email at email@example.com . The support team is now also the first point of contact for complaints and returns.

What happens to the spexor communication channels?
The spexor social media profiles on Facebook & Instagram will continue to exist until 31.3.2023 before they are closed.
The spexor website and the spexor YouTube channel will continue to exist for approx. 2 years before they are closed.
However, we will refrain from publishing new content here as well and will reduce the amount of content in due course.
