After reviewing the market situation and the associated market conditions, it was decided to discontinue the sale of the spexor product as of March 31, 2023.

The spexor product could be purchased until March 31, 2023.

Purchased spexor devices can of course continue to be used in full with the current hardware and software equipment. However, in-app purchases can no longer be made from 15.05.2024.

Our customers can rely on the functionality of spexor according to the contractual agreement. No further functions will be developed and made available.

With the current range of functions spexor is complete, i.e. no further functions will be developed and made available as of now.

The in-app purchases of fire gas detection, pollen and outdoor air quality as well as the eSIM extension can be made up to and including 15.05.2024 and can be used without restriction for a full year until 30.06.2025. From 01.07.2025, the 2G support of the eSIM card, the provision of pollen and outdoor air quality data and the fire gas detection function will be discontinued. If one of the above services expires after 15.05.2024, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to extend it.

Errors or bugs in the software and app will of course continue to be fixed so that our customers can rely on the functionality of spexor in accordance with the contractual agreement. There will be no software updates in the sense of new functions in the future.

We offer our customers the possibility of an exchange within 2 years from the purchase of the product within the framework of the voluntary manufacturer's warranty.

Our customers can continue to use the purchased spexor devices with the current hardware and software equipment and rely on the functionality of spexor according to the contractual agreement.

In the case of complaints or returns within the agreed warranty, the dealer/seller was previously the contact for our customers. From now on we ask our customers to contact our support team directly in case of an exchange at the following e-mail address: support-spexor@bosch.com.
The support team can still be contacted for other questions regarding spexor.

Our customer service will of course continue to exist. For questions and concerns about spexor, our customers can continue to contact our support team by email at support-spexor@bosch.com .
The support team is now also the first point of contact for complaints and returns.

The spexor social media profiles on Facebook & Instagram will continue to exist until 31.3.2023 before they are closed.

The spexor website and the spexor YouTube channel will continue to exist for approx. 2 years before they are closed.

However, we will refrain from publishing new content here as well and will reduce the amount of content in due course.
