The heart of spexor
To detect break-ins, sensors monitor changes in air pressure, acoustics and movement in the monitored area. Thanks to the high-quality sensors and combined signal evaluation, false alarms are minimized. This is because spexor only reacts when it detects several changes in the environment. For example, you want to prevent spexor from sounding an alarm when a passing truck shakes your parked car. spexor will only react if someone actually enters your vehicle and other environmental parameters change, such as air pressure due to a door being opened. spexor covers a radius of 5 m around the device.
It makes the most sense to place spexor where a potential intruder typically passes by. To efficiently extend the protection range, place the device centrally between or at potential intrusion points or areas where forced entry is not feasible, e.g. stairs and corridors. Of course, for several separate rooms you can use multiple spexor devices.
Impressive inner workings
spexor uses various standards for cellular mobile telephony and wireless data transmission: Bluetooth for setup, WiFi and GSM for operation. In addition, location data can be retrieved via the GPS module and, due to the integrated eSIM card, the device is always online wherever mobile phone reception is possible. In the first year we give you the mobile connection as a gift, from the 13th month on it can be added for €11.99 per year or €1.49 per month.

spexor works with a high-performance lithium-ion rechargeable battery (10 Ah, 3.7 V) that can tolerate temperatures ranging from –10° C to +60 °C. Depending on the area of application, spexor can thus be operated for several weeks without a cable. The app sends a message to your smartphone as soon as the battery power is running low and the battery needs charging. Using a charging cable with micro-USB connection, spexor can be fully recharged within a few hours.
Made in Germany
With a height of around 12 cm (4.7 inches), a diameter of less than 7 cm (2.75 inches) and a weight of just under 320 g (11.2 ounces), spexor has been deliberately designed to be small and handy. Its robust housing made of sturdy plastic protects the sensitive internal components, e.g. the high-quality Bosch sensors. spexor is produced in a Bosch factory within Germany. Why? Because we attach particular importance to sustainable production, short logistics distances and assurance that the Bosch promise of quality is kept.
Full control at all times
When used in conjunction with the accompanying app, spexor is very easy and intuitive to operate. The app is free for all spexor users and can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store. The app then guides you through the individual steps of a simple installation process, after which spexor is ready for use within minutes.
Always the right alarm option
You decide how spexor reacts in case of an alarm. The device itself can either sound a loud alarm to directly deter possible burglars. Or it can remain silent and inform you discreetly.
The loud alarm reaches a SPL of up to 70 - 80 dB(A) while the LEDs simultaneously flash red.
The distance to your smartphone has no influence on the alarm or the alarm message. Thanks to the integrated eSIM card, an alarm message is sent to the Bosch data server, which is then automatically forwarded to your smartphone when a mobile or WiFi connection is available.
Switching on and off directly on the device
spexors alarm can also be deactivated at any time with your own defined 4-digit PIN on the bottom of the device. That way you can quickly turn off the alarm, even if you have misplaced your smartphone for a moment or your phone is at the bottom of your bag.
